On a clean single-speaker recording errors are rare; on noisy audio or with people interrupting they can appear. Doubtful spots are easy to find by timecode and fix.
There is no separate speaker labelling in the transcript yet, but in meeting notes Lecta says who proposed or took on what, if participants introduced themselves or were entered on upload.
