Common questions
Which audio formats are supported?
mp3, m4a, plus video in mp4, mov, mkv — up to 2 GB; duration up to 4 hours on paid plans, 3 on the free one. A VK Video or YouTube link works too.
How accurate is the transcript?
On a clean single-speaker recording errors are rare; on noisy audio or with people interrupting they can appear. Doubtful spots are easy to find by timecode and fix.
Are speakers separated?
There is no separate speaker labelling in the transcript yet, but in meeting notes Lecta says who proposed or took on what, if participants introduced themselves or were entered on upload.
