Additional packs never expire and are used after the monthly allowance. Available on all plans, including Free: an advanced request pack unlocks advanced models there too.
Common questions
How do I cancel auto-renewal?
With one button in Account. Five days before a charge you get an email with the date and amount; after cancelling there are no charges and the paid period runs to its end.
What counts as one set of notes?
One recording within your plan’s duration limit: a lecture, call, interview or link import. Rebuilding completed notes does not use another note.
What happens when notes run out?
Your recording is saved and starts automatically after you buy an additional pack, change plans or your monthly allowance resets. Unused monthly allowance does not roll over; additional packs do not expire.
How do I pay?
By card via Robokassa; the receipt arrives by email. Departments and companies — write to hi@lecta.app and we'll arrange an invoice.
